Telesales Payment - Virtual POS
If your business model is based on telephone sales or involves TV selling, the virtual POS is the service for you. To contract this service, the bank must approve your business model.
How Do You Use the Service?
- As soon as we receive approval from the bank, we activate the service for you within our Merchant Portal.
- Enter the personal and card details of your customers collected via email or phone, along with order details, into the virtual POS form to initiate the payment.
- From the card details of customers, enter the number and expiry date of the card. Transactions are authorized without a 3-D Secure check and CVV, because you initiate the payment, not the customer.
