Fake CorvusPay messages can look like legitimate emails. If you receive an email that looks like it came from CorvusPay and you were not expecting it, or it seems suspicious, do not open it or click any links in the message. It is best to delete it immediately.In the world of digital payments, there are more and more unexpected messages notifying recipients of an allegedly cancelled transaction, a refund that supposedly needs to be processed immediately, or the need for additional \u201cauthorization\u201d through a link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CorvusPay never sends such messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, if you receive an email sent on behalf of CorvusPay asking you to click a link and enter your payment card details, password, one-time code, or other personal information, do not open the link or enter any details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CorvusPay never asks you by email to enter a password, payment card details, CVV code, or one-time codes, or to authorize a refund through a link. If you are due a refund, it is processed through our platform between merchants and banks.
